applyforge.ai is run by Mohd Ashhar ("we"). For questions about this policy or your information, email ashharsiddiqui786@gmail.com.

Required: your email address and what you're interested in acquiring.

Optional: your name, company, website, the kind of buyer you are, a budget range, how you'd use ApplyForge, your message, and whether you'd like a walkthrough.

Added automatically: the page you arrived on, the site that referred you and any campaign (UTM) tags in the link you followed; your browser's user agent; and a salted one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit repeated submissions. We don't store the IP address itself.

To reply to your inquiry and discuss a possible acquisition, to see which channels bring inquiries, and to block spam. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything unrelated to your inquiry.

Inquiries are stored in a Supabase database. Email notifications, including the acknowledgement sent to you, go through Resend. The site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process the information on our behalf.

We keep inquiries until the sale of ApplyForge is complete, then delete them within 90 days, unless we're still in discussions with you. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, and Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies. Neither receives what you type into the form.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked before Google Analytics sets cookies; if you decline, it doesn't set them. You can change your choice at any time in cookie settings.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing ashharsiddiqui786@gmail.com. If you're in the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
